1.Both captain Smith and Reverend Hunt teach Samuel very valuable lessons.
A. What is the most important lesson that Captain Smith teaches Samuel ?
B. What is the most important lesson that Reverend Hunt Teaches Samuel?
Probably that he is not alone and that he can ask others to help him.
2.Reverend Hunt believed that the settlers got ill in the summer because of the mosquitoes. What do the natives use to keep from being bit by the mosquitoes? What does this reveal about their understanding of their environment.
They rubbed something red on there body that the mosquitoes wouldn't bite.
